I’m an amateur photography enthusiast living in Westchester County, New York. Like many others in the suburbs around New York, I lived the first ten years of my life outside of school in the city – and the city has no shortage of things to take pictures of.
I pretty soon found myself taking my camera all over the place. The city is an incredible collection of the beautiful, the bizarre, and the undoubtedly photo-worthy. After miles of film and many SD cards filled, I even started taking photos of the random items passed by without thought, as I gained an appreciation for the way different shapes, lines, colors, and textures could make their way into a striking image.
Now that I live outside the city, there’s a whole new set of things to set my eye on, and I can feel my horizons widening yet again in terms of capturing interesting photos.
This is all a very long way of saying there’s a large variety of photos here, and I hope you enjoy them.
